If you have a matted dog (with tangles), it probably needs to be shaved. In order to prevent this from happening, our staff is very happy to show our clients the proper way to brush their pets and which brush they will need.

When it comes to cats, they have completely different temperaments than dogs. Bring your cat to us for professional grooming without the use of tranquilizers. Your cat must be qualified to be groomed without sedation. We do have many cat owners who have brought in their cats many times for grooming, and they do very well with us. We take safety very seriously for both the pet stylist and the pet. Unfortunately, some cats do not like the grooming process. In some cases, we will not be able to groom your cat. If we cannot groom your cat, we will let you know very soon after you arrive.
